Important information regarding Medical Records and Ongoing Care

O’Connell Street Clinic has legal ownership of all clinical records and is required to securely store them for a minimum of 7 years.

​

Patients are entitled to request a copy of their medical records at any time. To request your records, please contact admin@ocnlst.com.au. Copies of pathology results are also available directly from Southern Sun Pathology at no charge.
